About SJACClub Meetings are usually a combination of presentations prepared by club members and discussions initiated by group individuals. Meetings loosely follow the itenary below.
In addition, our members also participate in annual Astronomy week activities (usually held in late April or Early May), public viewing sessions, training lectures (for community groups or schools), and provincial or national activities that assist member organizations such as NBANB (New Brunswick Astronomy / Astronomie Nouveau-Brunswick) and RASC Our membership includes a wide composite of expertise, from individuals who just have a desire to observe the celestial bodies to experts in such fields as physics, optics and telecommunications.
